El Salvador under 20 women national team today lost their first game in the Uncaf qualifiers losing 3-2 against nicaragua....to qualify top of the group they need to beat panama by four goals...i dont think it will happen considering they beat nicaragua 3-1 previously I have been highly critical for the federation in showing lack of urgency to take the women game seriously...they build a league which was a knockout comp and it lasted one month and thye call that adequate preparation for senoir and junior side i am sorry every other nation in central america has a semi pro league or even an amatuer league we have nothing its ridculous http://www.elgrafico.com/destacado-...7082-salvadorenas-pierden-ante-nicaragua.html
The women's Olympic qualifiers starts with a 6-2 loss to Costa Rica. They have to finish top 2 in a group of 5 to advance to the next round. Their next game is October 4th against Nicaragua.
ES 6-1 Honduras. With that win they still have a shot of advancing depending on how their last game against Guatemala goes. Both Guate and ES are at 6 points with Costa Rica already through so this last game determines who gets the other spot to advance from Central America.
