Its better than playing reserve team football tbh so I won't write-off any of Powell or Clayton's achievements in the 4th division in a very physcial league.

They are both turning 18 shortly so there is plenty of time for them to progress and impress higher up.

 

It hasn't been mentioned on here yet but Jamaal Lascelles joined Stevenage on loan on Friday and made their bench on Saturday.

Will Kean scored 4 for the reserves last night after they were 3-0 down at HT. He's just one who should be out on loan by now rather than playing in the cozy reserve league.
Harry Kane was thrown in at 17 of course - it's a different outlook from club to club and player to player.

Jake Bidwell (Brentford) & Jamaal Lascelles (Stevenage) are on loan and both are in with a shout of making play-offs. So I suppose that could be reason they're both not in the squad.

Luke Williams, Conor Coady and Nico Yennaris (illness) the others to miss out from the last squad.
