Ya, I think that might help this time. Nobody really expects much out of England this time so the pressure is not so high as it usually is.

Its great to have little expectations. Especially when 3 of the 6 PFA POY finalists are English in the EPL with many great foreign players.

    Wickham continues his hot streak..
IMO hot streak players with obvious talent need to be considered for the world cup .

Interesting how it was a Mr Liverpool cock up that has put the title in City's hands now. The mind doctor hasn't been able to get them to play with enough conviction when it came to the crunch.

In all honesty they looked nervy and twitchy BEFORE the mistake. The pressure just got to them and not just the English lads.

One of our lads posted this...

It wasn't even a particularly difficult ball to control.

One slip hardly indicates Gerrard's ability to control the ball, jesus.

Sakho left his defensive position and wandered up to midfield and then played a pass ,which wasnt too great.

So I am guessing Wickham's form will mean that my dream of an MLS player making the England squad will never happen.

Woy will never pick Wickham. He will just pick the same bland standard squad he picked in 2012 .

I'm surprised Gerrard hasn't made more mistakes, throughout his career he's always had a tendency to be a bit lapse. He's had a great season whatever.

I'd be a little disappointed if Defoe went, it would be a little uninspired.

Wouldn't Beckham have made the roster for SA had he not been injured? He wouldn't have started but he played a decent role during qualifying.

Wickham or Kane shouldn't be going anyway. Wickham doesn't even make the U21's recently.

Dunno from where did that idea come from on back of 3/4 games.

Lallana and Hazard are the wide players. Although I think Hazard hasn't had as good a season as most people are saying he has.
