Any news on Wilshere? I heard he will be able to play for sure by February.

Agreed. If there is one player that we really need next year to make an impact, it is Wilshere. I actually think that he is a more important player for us than Rooney.

Just a reminder of what he can do..

Wilshere fed some killer passes in for Bent ,who scuffed most of them.
A prime Michael Owen fed By Wilshere would have been crazy .

Yeah, Wilshere gifted wrapped several even put a bow on them, and Bent looked slow trying to get on them, lack of effort.

he may be making headlines for the wrong reasons but JT was outstanding tonight vs Spurs

Ash and Walker had a interesting battle on the flank and I thought both were impressive

Danny scored again from a great cross from Ash and looked lively

I thought Parker was industrious but seem to be outmatched in the middle

They lost VDV to a thigh injury at half time so had to change from 5 in midfield and Adebayor up top to a pretty standard 4-4-2, bringing the russkie on alongside Adebayor so we had 3 against their 2 in the middle. Before that he did pretty well.

As you say, Walker and Ash had a tremendous battle on the wing.

i wonder if terry can ever come back from an incident like this (if he's banned) i think wilshere will be back in feb or march fully fit, if he gets back to his form he will be in perfect match fitness by the time the euros start (if he goes)

If he gets banned ,it will make it really hard for him to go to the Euro's. The tabloid media will try to destroy our camp for the tournament ,like they did in 2010.

Yeah, maybe they'll be glad of visiting Auschwitz, (or whatever it is), to cheer themselves up from all the shit the press gives them. :D

Bernstein,Bevington and co are clearly buffoons. Even when it became clear we would play the entire tournie in Ukraine they still went with the Krakow plan. I guess there arent enough graveyards and stuff to visit in ukraine .

Stretch offers good arguments though even if I don't agree with them all. Some on here can accept disagreement without turning into children.

So a 433 seems a good option for England or even 4231, question is what do you see Capello doing.
