    Wasn't impressed with them as well at home against a depleted Dutch side. Quite an interesting line-up Germany have put out from the start, 4141. Much respect to "Jogi" Löw, who had long ago convinced me was the real reason to Klinsmanns '06 success.

    They did their job and lost against Italy. Even more shame now that our game got called off.

    I think you are wrong. We are now the next nr 1. Even when Spain drew, we would be the new nr 1. Not playing was actually not that bad after all :)

    They lost some points because of the loss, but with us not winning any I'm not sure if it's enough?

    If I see that poster write things, in many cases it involves rankings/qualifications/procedures. I think I trust him if he says so. Sounds also sure of his case. I will check it myself later or tomorrow.

    Perhaps he's right, maybe when referring to us "needing to win against England" can also be taken us "to not lose" and since we didnt.. :D
