Boca will play an innovative 4-2-3-1 formation. The intention is to have Datolo track back to form a line of 3 midfielders while defending. It could become slow to cover the sides of midfield when Datolo is found attacking deep. At River's camp they think their money is on Boca's right side. So expect Abelairas, Buenanotte and Villagra to bombard that side.

    Most probable formation:

    Garcia
    Ibarra - Caceres - Paletta - Morel
    Vargas - Battaglia
    Gaitan - Roman - Datolo
    Viatri

    River will probably line-up:

    Ojeda
    Ferrari - Cabral - Tuzzio - Villagra
    Fernandez - Ahumada - Abelairas
    Buenanotte
    Falcao - Salcedo

Forget about Sica's forecast ... Boca 3-1.

LOL! When you have no clue, always pick the home team 2-1. :D

No, it's a fair analysis. But, Boca has to win today.

    AGUANTE BOCA!!!

In the interest of a fair and balance interchange of ideas with our friends from River Plate, I pledge to make only fair and balanced coments about the Superclasico. Lets get started:

El loco Abreu se la come. :D

Crap! Offside by a centimeter. I bet that would have been a goal by Viatri.

I don't like this one striker formation. We've only tested their goal with weak shots from outside. Get someone else in there.

I love el Supercásico, it's so rough and awesome... despite this one being of the lesser quiality games I've watched. Battaglia could've been sent off, it was pretty stupid play on his part considering Paleta was already there covering the ball...

anyways, I'm really enjoying the match, I'd change Morel who has been godawful or Dátolo who's yet to do anything and bring in a striker... I'm guessing Figueroa.
Vargas needs to be closer to Battaglia or the man is going to be sent off...

Basically change the scheme a bit for Gaitan-Riquelme and two strikers... River's 3 Deffence lineup has completely shut him down, and with reason considering he's alone against 3 deffenders...

I dont know if Roman is injured throgu half time... let's hope not.

Battaglia's almost always like that. Vargas as well. Always on the verge of a card.

Es cierto, pero necesita más companía... lo de Vargas es en genereal peor. El man generalmente en sus mejores partidos la caga y sale expulsado...

De cualquier forma se necesita un delantero más, en eso estoy de acuerdo. The team ahs had ball possesion throughout the game on 3/4 of the field, and Viatri has lost himself in between all those gallinas. What I'm saying is:
    -----Vargas--------Battaglia------
    ----Gaitan--------Román---------
    ------------Viatri----------------
    -----------Figueroa------------

In an internet scheme of course... and what the commentators are saying is true, Ibarra has been unnatended by river throughout. Let's hope we can take a bigger advantage of that in the second half.

It was on a lateral... I dont know what it was but he kind of threatened the linesmen or something... so the guy called Baldassi and Red.

But it seemed deserved... Ibarra was concerned and telling the linsemen stuff with the guilty face... He didn't even complain.

FUK the second goal we miss...

Riquelme is playing with huevos. I don't think I've seen him run all over the pitch as much as since the Libertadores match against Velez last year.

We might be able to get another one on the counter.
