I don't get to see Edmonton games live so all I can go on are published reports and box scores. Maybe someone else can fill in the "feel" of the game. A disappointing opening on the field but not a bad outcome versus the Cosmos who look to be a top team this season. A great success in the stands. I believe I am correct that the 4399 who turned out for the game represent the largest crowd ever for an Edmonton NASL match. Certainly an improvement over the 921 who took in last year's home opener.
