If he is 15, he pulled some Bornstein defending on the Man City goal. Though it looks like he is a LM as someone has already mentioned.

Castillo is not in the 18 as Club América hosts Tijuana today. This is the first match under new manager Alfredo Tena.

Yet they are playing with no Americans. Guess that is why they lost.:D

Or maybe he watched some tape from Castillo's USA appearances.

We need Roberto Carlos at LB, not Roberto Benigni.

Castillo isn't in the 18 for the Club America-Chivas clash today.

Anybody know what his status is? Klinsmann stated he was injured, but I've seen no confirmation since he played his last match for Club America on September 14.

Castillo never did appear for the new coach. Club América ended the Apertura yesterday second from bottom. Castillo played in 7 games (5 starts)

Postcard from Mexico: Castillo says Tijuana his US ticket

    Regarding the move to Tijuana
“I guess América didn’t want to sell me; Tijuana gave them an offer, but they said no. I’m here on loan for six months with an option to buy me. If not, another six months.”
    About playing for the USNT:
“They were saying I was a traitor, that I gave up Mexico to play for the US,”

Edgar Castillo is starting tonight as Tijuana visit Morelia, in the first match of the Mexican Clausura.

    ...

Actually he may not be starting, my ESPN Gamecast suddenly refreshed and he's not listed.

I saw a bit of the his last game...had one really good move where he dribbled around three players.

If his form keeps up I would not be surprised if he gets a call up with JFT in February.

We should have at least one actual LB on the roster.

According to football-lineups, Castillo has bounced around quite a bit for Tijuana during the Clausura.

    9 starts at LB
    5 starts at RM
    2 starts at RB
    1 start at LM

I had not realized that he was spending so much time on the right.

Anecdotally it's been fairly accurate with MLS, but I'm not sure how other leagues are done. I certainly wouldn't swear by it.

I think he only started 1 game at RM, if that.
