The horse is dead, but I can't let go of it emotionally. I think they pitched the STH plaque from the very beginning in 2006, but I am sure of it in 2007 & 2008 because the ticket rep directly mentioned it to me as a benefit of renewing early or paying early or whatever.

I just think it funny that they pitched it for years then don't actually follow thru with it. It's not really that hard of a project, an intern could work with a sign company to do it.

Did Rico get hurt? He already came off for Moffat 24 mins in. I didn't get to see the actual substitution.

The Jamaican, #14, is a BEAST! I hope the Union try to acquire him.

He might not be available. How about #10 who is also Jamaican? He wears number 10, so you know he's good.

He wears number 10 so you know he's as good as messi or Donovan.

    Or simply, J. Watson

Giles Barnes had some really nice moments as the attacking mid (although he looks like he could be in better game shape). I really hope he can have a great year in that position. He could be the missing piece.

you know, i wasn't to keen on Giles Barnes coming back this year but so far he's looked good in pre-season. he's not going to get faster, but he definitely has the footwork and smarts to play the CAM. he's like a chubby DeRo. <=== compliment

edit - Anderson beat me to it. i actually had to pause my posting due to work. stupid work!

I feel like Barnes doesn't need to be super fast. he's basically there to get the ball halfway, deftly pass to wings, then trek up to outside the box to try to tiki-taka to forward.

He's getting the proper pre-season and his finances aren't crazy, so I'm just hoping we give him all the time to make it that we didn't give to Landin (a similarly chubby/skilled player)

Y'all see Giles as chubby? I'm not arguing with you, but I haven't noticed that. Maybe I need to pay more attention. I do like his movement and he had a few good games at the end of the year. I'm hoping he really does well this year.

Alex Dixon has looked good so far. Jason Johnson looks like a great pickup.

Elliot is looking pretty good now too. Much better than the last game.
