You might want to include the player's team name with your draft pick. Ultimately you will only be able to select 3 from one team. Having the team listed helps those who populate the drafted squads notice if you try to draft a 4th player from one team.
I don't know if this was done by anyone else, but you should always try to contact whoever is next. I've just sent a "conversation" message to bobfest asking if he was aware that he is up. His profile says that he hasn't been "seen" since Tuesday, so hopefully he has his settings set to send him an email when he gets a note. Not a bad modification to make during draft season. Definitely slow going here at the start, but you've got time and hopefully will hit a groove once you get through a couple of rounds.
