I repented on Sturridge a while ago.

We all say silly stuff, it's those that continue to hold on to their silly beliefs in the face of all the evidence telling them they are wrong that deserve scorn.

I'll take Fellaini, Sturridge, and Suarez. Do it up Wenger.

Still think Fellaini would be an asset for the right team / environment (same is true for Kagawa, Mata, Welbeck, and dare I say… RVP)

Answer to the original question: Yes. He actually plays hard unlike the useless B team we had on the pitch today.

Unless the player is a criminal, you guys should really let go of this moral policing stuff when it comes to a team you support.

You support the team, not the individual players. Id rather have Suarez than Giroud.

Today on the biggest stage... Saurez is the biggest diving cheat. If the league and the ref had balls he'd be off already.

Yeah, and he's also the best player on the pitch. And if the ref had balls, Kompany would have conceded a PK.

For me it's silva. That said i'm happy for LFC to win title. Just cant stand saurez's incessant cheating mentality.

Lots of quality on display today, and well, Silva was Silva, so can't really argue with that choice. And I don't really dispute how easily Suarez goes down, because it's so apparent how strong he is on the ball when he wants to stand strong.

Exactly. He's supremely gifted and strong. Such a shame that he thinks he has to resort to cheating as well.

Here's a hypothetical: if you took all the cheating out of the game, issued suspensions where due, do you think LFC would still be top?

I wonder if LFC and CFC might've dropped more points in that case, compared to MCFC, AFC and EFC.

No stats to support this. Probably they dont exist. Just gut feeling.

Hard to know. There's the whole PK disparity that Jitty keeps bringing up, all the years of Fergie time, etc. I guess I'm of the (unsubstantiated) opinion that it must all even out. We've all known that it takes a certain amount of luck good fortune, and good health, to win a title.

I was wondering when this thread would be bumped.

This was the tipping point for me, because I was a proponent of that pipe dream when it surfaced.

The problem is that he'll ******** over any club he's at. Even if Arsenal would have gotten him, it was only a matter of time before he forced his way out of here to go to Spain. Add that to his racist and biting tendencies, and he's just not worth it.

You can almost hear the entire liverpool PR department yelling, "Ohh FFS!"
