They probably fancy Altintop (represented by the same agent). He is in that Milan age now.

Galliani is probably looking for a loan with an option to buy. Milan are broke, and the only players they can afford to sign at the moment are on a free which is what they've done with Montilivio and Traore.

That's what it sounds like to me too. But who knows how real our interest is anyway.

I agree. The tabloids have no idea of our main targets. They just randomly pick players and link them to the club. With Mou the transfer business has beomce just that, a business conducted internally, not through media, in a very controlled way. We would get some sniff of it only after most negotiations are done. This is a very good way to conduct business, I thnk.

Sahin agent in Serie A talks

Real Madrid midfielder Nuri Sahin’s agent was spotted in Milan for reported negotiations with Inter, the Rossoneri and Juventus.

There were already reports last week that Sahin was being shopped around to Serie A clubs, as he has been given the all-clear to leave Madrid. Transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio claims agent Reza Fazeli is already in Milan and has held talks with Juventus director Gianluca Pessotto.

More meetings are due with both San Siro sides, though Inter are the favourites.
The Rossoneri had been linked with a bid to have him on loan in January.

Well, earlier today I started asking about what the Mourinho plan might be. The discussion on Punto Pelota tonight was that he has asked for a specific person to fill the role of sporting director: Luis Figo.
I guess that wasn't a random visit to Valdebebas after all.

What does this mean? Does Mourinho's role splinter off into something that Figo gets a piece of? Does this impact Zidane (who not too long ago was rumored to be the top candidate for taking over the cantera). Questions... many questions. Rumors... many rumors.

@Alma Merengue Is the rumor that Zidane takes over on a coaching capacity or as a director for the cantera?

I understood it to be a management/planning capacity.

    Has this been posted?

"Real Madrid have raided Malaga for youngster Harillo.
Real were able to convince the teenage goalkeeper to quit Malaga's cadet team this week.
Harillo will now join Real's juniors this summer ahead of the new season."

Milan can ******** off. They are such cheapskates. They don't wanna pay the €6m for Aquilani and apparently offered €2m instead. Probably hoping we'll sell Sahin for at stupid low amount

So instead of a revolving door for coaches we have one for sporting directors instead

Sounds like puppet appointment to me but who knows...

Well I guess it would impact Zidane, I doubt they're going to share.

Zidane hasn't done anything but travel with the team, smile for the cameras, and give interviews anyway.

Just for Milan I'd slap a €60M valuation on Sahin as well.

Does Figo have an agent? Is it Mendes? :D

Nope, I think Figo's agent is his wife.

    I know he's not with GestiFute. ;)

It was more like a sarcastic remark about Mendes' influence at the club and the changing of a sock puppet for a sock puppet.

    Haha true say.

So Marca says that Jose has convinced both Pipa and Adan to stay next season, and is on the verge of convincing Lass to continue till his contract ends in 2013. Apparently Lass hasnt been able to find any team that can match the 4M salary he has here, and since Mourinho wanted either De Rossi or Javi to replace him (and both are expensive), him continuing would be welcomed by both sides.

As for players guaranteed to leave, Altintop apparently has a good offer from Turkey and Carvalho from Germany. Kaka has a 30M price tag and no team thus far has come close to that.

Lass has never been able to find anyone close to matching those €4M and yet every single transfer window he wishes himself away in the most optimistic way.

We paid 30 ME for a situational LB and now Martinez and De Rossi are too expensive?

Okay but it still doesn't solve our midfield issue. It maintains depth at the position but doesn't improve the quality. Meh.
