I can feel a noticeable difference in speed. Specifically when you submit a post. Can anyone else confirm or deny?

Yeah. It was slow before. And nothing faster.
They need to hire a DBA pronto.

Sorry guys but my experience is getting frustrating with all this waiting jumping to and from threads.

What sort of connection do you all have? I have DSL and have had no problems whatsoever. Actually it seems faster to me.

I'm using a cable connection. Speeds tests show download speeds between 2.0MB/sec and 3.8MB/sec (several sites, two machines, one with IE one with Firefox).

I have a cable connection and I get anywhere from 3.5MB/sec to 4.5MB/sec but it doesnt seem to have translated over to BS.

I also want to second that about BS getting a DBA. Come on guys!

I noticed that the my Firefox browser was hanging up and waiting for a Tribal Fusion banner to load. Once I squashed that problem it seemed to run much faster than the old site. PM me if you want my solution and you're using Firefox.
