Looks like we are in the same boat, keep me updated if you find anything.

    Two big problems:

    1. video/audio quality sucks.

    2. DCU backline looks REALLY slow and vulnerable to KC getting in behind.

Our back line keeps giving the ball away. Dennis Rodman loves that long ball to KC.

I actually am modestly pleased at our defense's ability to not completely lose their marks (even on the header, Woolard was there, but was just pathetically unable to get in the air). Their distribution is awful, as is the linkup play from our midfield.

Not very HD if you ask me.

You can tell this team doesn't have alot of time together as a unit in a live game, no understanding of each other. One thing that KC does is pressure the ball...hard. Their forwards press, their midfielders press, their backline presses, we can't string two passes together. It's the trait of a good team. I hope the players and coaching staff take notice, it's what United needs to do to become successful.

I would have gone with djibril cisse there.

at least he's defending though. jakovic nowhere to be found. kitchen looking very strong, must have eclipsed simms' tackle total from last season already. sucks that we lose him for the olympics. who cares about the olympics anyway? woolard holding down the left quite well, hope he isn't concussed. wing play living up to expectations.

That last play of the half - why isnt that a foul on Kamara climbing over Woolard like that?

More likely your connection is shoddy. It's been perfectly fine for me, and from reports on other boards, most everyone else too.

    This.

Also, on every single counter KC seems to have numbers going forward, and pretty much every DC counter seems to devolve into 2 on 5. KC just seems faster, more aggressive, and a lot more coherent as a team.

Rodman or Cisse, he took a wicked shot from Bunbury there. I don't like that Bunbury...

Bleh. Could they just hold on to it long enough to string a shot up?

Yes. Manually setting the quality on the video made a huge difference, at least for me.

Now if Wolfe can help DCU keep possession . . .

We look like absolute trash. I feel like we're the road team. You'd think we'd figure out it's a painfully slow pitch given that, you know, it's our pitch! Just can't string two passes together without giving it right to SKC. Let's hope we can salvage something from this mess.

    Agreed.

I'm hoping it's just a beginning of the year slow start, but wow, this is bad. It's never good when you can't even string together a decent possession.

    Everyone looks mediocre tonight.

I've never had much luck with the allowing Neulion to select the best quality for my connection. Always seems to cause problems. So I just set the quality myself.

I expected we'd look pretty rough for a while as this group gets used to each other, but this been bad. Tactically we have no answer for SKC's pressure, and we let them get into our heads. The few times we've gotten into the final third we freak out and make a bad pass right to the defense or we take a poor one timed shot, because clearly we've let them (and their pressure defense) get into our heads. Just very poor effort and performance.

I guess I'm a knee jerk reactionary, but I'd fire Olsen after this embarrassment.

Losing in the 90th minute at home is just continuing exactly what happened last year.
