Place advance orders by Friday,May 14, 4 pm (if you order after that you must bring your receipt with you or we won't know you pre-paid). Timing * 3:30 pm Beverage tent opens * 4:00 pm The Fabulous Buffet opens * 6:00 pm Tailgate Pass sales end/grills shut down * 6:30 pm Buffet closes * 7:00 pm Beverage tent closes, head inside Menu will be tubular meats, burgers (meat/veggie), chicken, pizza, ravioli, beans and something interesting if the grillas get off their butts! Beer selection to be announced later in the week HELP WANTED: We need volunteers in ALL areas. Sides & Desserts NEEDED As always, you don’t need to make enough for an army and food doesn’t have to be home made. Please contact Suzanne at queenofcheese@screaming-eagles.com if you plan on bringing something so we can leave enough space on the buffet tables (if you’re bringing something that needs to be heated up or kept warm we REALLY need to know in advance what’s coming so we put out extra food warmers). WINE DRINKERS: If you want wine at the tgate you need to bring a bottle to share. Please drop off at the beer tent.
