Yeah ... Roy wouldn't take 3.5 for him in the middle of the summer and took 3 now ... Oh well ... hopefully that money will go to shore up the back line on the left side.
At some point, you can't argue with a player wanting to leave, and it's even harder when you've basically phased that player completely out of your plans while expecting this deal to go through at the previous price point. Sometimes that how it be.
