Duff has more in the tank than most 35-year-olds, but he'd be a 1-season rental at best, and coming off a major knee injury he's not a great value. My guess is he takes a payday somewhere else in Europe once he finds out his market price in MLS - no one would pay him more than $150 - 175k.
Duff said it himself, he has a screw in his knee. So, no thanks. I would have loved to have him before this injury though. People could have seen what a real precision left foot is.
Can you provide an Orthopedic explanation as to why having a screw in his knee means he can no longer function effectively as a soccer player?
