Good luck tonight it was fun reading all the Crew's fan's excuses on why they lost so badly in Mexico in the first leg as alway's everyone and everything was to blame but themselves!lol

A bunch of fans came out to see the team yesterday. Let's hope that they fill up Crew Stadium (what a gay name for a stadium) tonight, and make it seem as if the Cement Machine is the home team.

Good game. We totally out classed them. Chipping is in the Vela blood.

yeah, no surprise. Cruz Azul has no need to strain itself, they were already qualified. I say send Cruz Azul Oaxaca for the last group game :D

I agree. I want them to help Saprissa leapfrog the Crew on the final matchday.

I really hated the artificial surface. It just makes the game so...mechanical. I feel like I'm watching a PS2 version of soccer. It's like a giant pinball game with the players acting like moving paddles. It took Cruz Azul most of the game to get used to the bounces and even then, you could tell they had to change their game to adapt to the speed of the ball - which most of the time was so fast that the players just couldn't catch up to it.

If this is the future of soccer, then I really grieve for the sport.

Nope, Cervantes and Brown played the whole game. I don't think Huiqui is ready, I saw some pictures of him training, but I don't know if he's coming back soon.

That would be great, but the way they are playing it seems almost impossible.
Yesterday's game was so weird, after Cata's (and even before that) red card I thought they were going to tie the game and then at the end it could have ended 3-1.
Hopefully they will play better in Pachuca and win this saturday against chivas.

I agree. Second half they almost like stopped attacking and only attacked near the stoppage time. That header by Cervantes and tap in by Villa should have buried the game making the score more like 4-1....but oh well.

I'm very very very dissapointed!!!!! 1 more minute and we lost!
This what we get if the team stopped playing with their hearts and starts playing boring futbol. We have a few chances with counter attack but we cannot finish.
You cannot deny but wonder why the second half looked so bad for Cruz Azul.

the best player last night was Corona. He made many saves but one!
The mid and the forwards have fallen asleep during the second half. They were hesitant during counter attacks and Jimmy Lozano blew a clear header.

The subs killed it... Lugo and Vela f'd it up. Lozano and Orozco had a chance to kill them on the first half.

Don't even know what to think anymore. :(

They should get rid of Villaluz, Ortiz, Edcarlos, Brown, Lozano, Lugo, Vela, etc..

Not to mention Meza... the inconsistencies of the team throughout this season proves he is not the right man for the job, I don't give a *** What he did with Pachuca, I want him out.
