The way we play we're bound to have some turnovers. They're finally catching up today. Still hoping we come back with a bit more energy in the 2nd half. Looked a little lazy the first 45.
Feel like that's more turnovers than we should expect, even playing the style we are. It just looked sloppy.
Hard to tell from Nordecke, but I would agree. Trying to kill time waiting in line for beer we had some bad turnovers to be sure. I wish I could say we'll be on every game, but I think a handful of sloppy games like this are to be expected unfortunately. Hopefully it's a fixable thing for the 2nd half.
I dont know why we even cross the ball. Everyone is too short. Of 20 crosses in the 1st half we connected on 10%. Toronto is at 40%.
I think Tchani has played better than he has in a long time. Wouldn't mind seeing Trapp pulled for another up top
I was just about to write this. WTF is up with the crossing? Why? Also, I'm ready for Arrieta to come on. Forget where I read/heard this, but I agree with the thought that while Oduro is clearly more athletic, Arrieta knows how to play the CF/ST position better. I think that's what we need right now.
Arrieta finally, on for Tchani. Lineup must be something like this now: ----------------------Clark ----------Gonzalez----------Parkhurst ----------------------Trapp Meram---------------------------------Francis Jimenez------------Higuain-------------Anor ----------Oduro-----------------Arrieta
Great free kick opportunity 20 yards out and Pipa skies it. Reminded me of a kick a guy named Brian made once upon a time.
No more than 15 minutes of play left. Bradley's out and we've got an offensive lineup in. Let's get something going.
Why are the players still trying to cross the ball? Only thing I can think is that GB told them to do it at halftime. It's clearly not gonna work.
