At this point I would welcome Mendoza 2.0. Hopefully that is Mendoza without the attitude. Those 13 goals look pretty needed right now.
We are badly starved for goals right now. We've got a bunch of new strikers and have to hope that at least one of them comes good.
Pish! We need our striker to be gentlemanly. He must possess a high work rate and outstanding moral character. He must never tizzy with his teammates, nor the technical staff, nor may he make anything but effusively praiseful comments about Columbus, Ohio. Goals are wonderful things, sure, but are they not substitutes for upstanding citizenship!
