What about the $$$$$ they owe several players who did not enjoin the suit and all the other creditors?
This isn't the right forum for this one. They are/were an NASL team. They have expressed no desire to return (though, if they are to survive, it might be wise for them to do so).
True, they were NASL last year, but were USL for 3 years. So some look for news under the USL forum, as well. By the way, they WON'T be back! I doubt if NASL would even let them come back with same ownership. Someone else could buy the rights to the market, but it will take a significant $ commitment to start a new team there. The USL would probably like to have a team there, but the market has already proven to be tough, especially with Real Maryland 20 miles down the road, Harrisburgh 90 miles to the north and DC United 35 miles to the south.
