Ljajic is a highly gifted technician. he schould have more playtime.
Ashong made some unforced mistakes, but he's very young.
Nastasic played like a veteran.

Nastasic is very impressive and seems to be *very* fast. I thought that Ashong carried himself very well. Sadly his poise seemed to be about the only thing he had going for him today as his passes and crosses were not so great. I'm not going to judge him based on just this one match, though. Those things happen.

Rossi says that Vargas is a left winger who can play in the midfield and, interestingly, he says that Cerci is a segunda punta (support striker) and has always been a segunda punta.

The formation I posted above is correct with two changes. Camporese is starting in Gamberini's place as our right-most central defender and Pasqual is starting in Vargas' place as our LM.

Roma is fielding a mostly regular line-up, as well. Nice to see a couple of clubs taking it pretty seriously.
