In the line up I suggested he would essentially play on the same area of the pitch but focus more on attacking thanks to DDR having his back.

There is no way in the world that Tach can be used as an intermedio. The guy is flat out too slow and doesn't move well enough.

PD I don't exactly understand what you are saying as having tach next to DDR.

So you want the left ala to play 2 positions basically? I don't get it

I personally like this better right now but it's not going to happen.

Marq was dropped for disciplinary reasons.

I don't think Tach is doing bad but if I was coach I would have DDR starting right now there

I know, I don't agree with him being dropped though after the way ZZ has treated the guy he is going to get carried away a bit is normal. Plus right now the benefit of him playing outweighs the need for Zeman to send a message. Honestly I think Perrotta could handle that slot well for a match

Anyone besides me kind of nervous for this match? I mean, half of our normal starting 11 can't play, I am starting to freak out...

I'm not too optimistic about this game. Too many injuries/suspensions and it is away.

Part of our job as Romanistas is to deluded our selves that we are going to win before and during a match even if we know full well odds are against us. This is Coppa Italia were we still have a chance to prove our worth and lift a title.

Were clearly not suppose to win, the powers to be dont want us advancing or they would have moved the game back to the Olympico.

Missing too many players, advancing would be a miracle.

I trust our players will be hungry enough to deliver a miracle after two consecutive losses.:sneaky:

Not to mention Destro is a position to shift his story being the main attacking player.

If Roma gets knocked out of Coppa Italia, and Juve go on to getting that silver star before we do, I'll be extremely pissed off.

Apparently they also have pizarro included for tomorrow's game, and with so many players missing in our front...
i am even afraid we lose a blowout.lets hope for the best, and a surprise win

Possible line up for tomorrow, although I find it odd Burdi would start over Castan.

Roma (4-3-3): Stekelenburg; Piris, Marquinhos, Burdisso, Balzaretti; De Rossi, Tachtsidis, Bradley; Pjanic, Destro, Florenzi.

If we have any hopes of winning this game we need De Rossi to step up big and we need to finish our chances.
