First match on Jan. 9th http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coppa_Italia_2013-2014 http://www.sportlive.it/files/pdf/20130724/tabellone-coppa-italia-2013-2014.pdf
January? i thought we always played at least 2 games before winter break they should just let us go straight to the final
good thing they're a crap team so we dont have to use our main players. Big show down game early in January between Juve-Roma........pretty much a scudetto decider
Seriously? Before the first half of the season is complete? So if Roma wins, Juve just hopes for 2nd place, I guess.
Juve Coppa clash moved forward By Football Italia staff Juventus will make their Coppa Italia debut this season on December 18, the League have confirmed. The Bianconeri will host Serie B side Avellino on Wednesday December 18, after the second-tier side overcame Frosinone. The game was originally scheduled for January 9, but has been moved forward. The rest of the calendar has also been released, and reads thus: Fiorentina-Chievo Wednesday January 8 Roma-Sampdoria Thursday January 9 Udinese- Inter Thursday January 9 Parma-Lazio Tuesday 'January 14 Catania-Siena Wednesday January 15 Milan-Spezia Wednesday January 15 Napoli-Atalanta Wednesday January 15.
Not sure if that is good or bad. January is not clogged on the fixture list as all we have are Serie A on the weekends. Considering are usual bad start after the new year, a Coppa match in January would be good. It seems to clog us up for this month and we do have some injuries we have been contending against. We will finish the month playing every 4 days. Maybe this is not a good thing. Remaining December Fixtures 10 Dec - at Galatasaray 14 Dec - Sassuolo 18 Dec - Avellino 22 Dec - at Atalanta
Juventus to make Coppa changes By Football Italia staff Juventus boss Antonio Conte is expected to make a number of changes to his strongest side against Avellino in the Coppa Italia. The Old Lady will entertain the Serie B outfit at the Juventus Stadium on Wednesday night and the Coach wants to give some fringe players action. According to reports, goalkeeper Gigi Buffon will be rested, thus allowing MarcoStorari an opportunity with the gloves. In defence, Martin Caceres and Federico Peluso may be used in place of AndreaBarzagli and Giorgio Chiellini. Simone Padoin and Paolo De Ceglie could get a chance in midfield. Fabio Quagliarella is expected to start in attack alongside Sebastian Giovinco if the latter recovers from a foot injury.
i dont care if we scrap the coppa this year....we should focus on the scudetto and winning EL in our stadium
starting XI: Storari, Caceres, Ogbonna, Peluso, Motta, Padoin, Marchisio, Asamoah, De Ceglie, Quagliarella, Giovinco substitutes: Rubinho, Lichtsteiner, Isla, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Pogba, Pepe, Bouy, Tevez, Llorente.
LOL, the video feed I'm watching would contradict Juve's statement. Unless there are a lot of people wearing cloaking devices.
