Watch MLS Playoffs, watch EPL on NBC, watch millions of hours of Euro and South American footie, A-League, re-runs, NASL 1.0 on youtube, post like a madman on BS ... etc...
I'm not sure, what with all of those meaningful games we had here the last month ..... .... ... .. . And by that I mean "what SoccerPrime said"
I looked at Kenn.com . . . You know, before I got into Soccer I would Scoff at college football teams that only pulled in 17,500 for a game (the minimum to play in Division I-A, now known as FBS). And nearly 130 teams do this. I mean I'm not trying to bash the league, but even the Orlando Solar Bears, an East Coast Hockey League team (like 3rd tier) drew 5,614 a game this past regular season. That's HOCKEY, in FLORIDA, by the way. You honestly just have to look at Soccer as a completely different monster in this country. While I can make fun of the 17,500 that Middle Tennessee State draws for the home games, I'd drop dead if Chivas USA, one of our MAJOR LEAGUE soccer teams did the same.
Could you make it retroactive? Because Chivas did that their first two years. And Middle Tennessee State only has 23,000 students. It's a small school in a large-ish metro area.
