uh... i think you mean second round. whether they make it to the third round or not remains to be seen, but they are playing with velez i believe, and i just can't see them do it.

i definitely agree on the candelario issue....he should get a starting spot, but not yet. what i will say in his defense is that he needs more playing time, maybe an entrance in the 60th minute would be nice. and to see guerron in there also would be dandy. back to candela for a sec....holy s*it!!!!!!! wat a goal, the same type of goal as the one he scored against Rocha 3 games ago and wit the same timing, barely five minutes into the game, wowowow!!!!! i saw delgado and he was literally non existant, i would have liked to see graziani or ceballos in the game, ceballos can make some really nice clutch shots and he has good experience from last years libertadores also which makes him a good asset to liga right now. delgado needs to be a more active forward, he basically waits for the goal to be fed to him and he blew a goal last night because he wanted to put in wit a taquito when he shoulda just launched it. for a player wit so much experience he should know that to score a fancy goal means the same as to score a normal goal or an ugly goal...so stick to the basics!!!!! overall, amazing game. this is fossatti's liga once again!!! God bless this team

he would improve the midfield in place of Chorri. I think because Oblitas is from Peru, he wants a player from Peru also in there. But although Chorri is a good player, he is not on par with Canderlario, who is younger, faster and stronger then him.

i agree i would like 2 see candela in the startin line up but there 2 different type of players, candelario doesnt really hustle for the ball n doesnt run as much as chorri does but even with all of this i would like 2 see candelario cuz he look like the type of players that could set the tempo of the game......i dont noe y but he reminds me of riquelme..

river is pretty much a failing team right now. they have many problems on the defensive end to keep strong for the later parts of the competition...they will get knocked out by sao paulo or even chivas or whoever has to play em....even liga can knock em out. they almost did last year had it not been for some bs calls in river's favor.....basically liga is winnin it this year in my estimation. theyre too strong at home to be stopped in an away game, statistics seem to lean in our favor. internacional should be interesting to see how they play abroad first before coming to quito...my prediciton has liga upsetting in porto alegre 0-2....woo!!!!!!

i forgot that rule. yes, if reasco could stay til the end of the copa libertadores, it would be good news, since we won't be able to utilize Turbo.
