Yeah, at this point we are going through to the CdR final and the biggest goals (beyond not blowing what should be a given by letting in 4 un-answered goals) is to (1) stay healthy, (2) build confidence before Rayo and ManC, (3) crush Real's spirit in advance of our Liga match there in just 10 days, (4) test new formations, and (5) rotate/rest with some early subs.
I'll tell you who doesn't: Leo Messi. He's in the twilight of his career and no longer has the passion to make such runs anymore.
WOW the commentator says when Messi was out for 10 games, Pedro scored 10 goals but now Messi has been back for 10 games, Pedro has only scored 1
But he benefits from not playing with Ozil since they are too similar. We don't need 2 Messis on the pitch...
Whenever there's a record within reach, Messi tends to equal, then surpass it in the same game. Look out for him in the 2nd half.
Anyone notice that the guy who made the perfect chip in the 34' to find Pedro for a shot on goal was not wearing #6 but #4...
It should be noted: Pinto has had an extraordinary game distributing the ball out of the back. don'tjinxitdon'tjinxitdon'tjinxitshutupshutupshutup
bendtner would have headed that one in instead of giving possession away trying to pass to pedro there though.
Even though I support Argentina, I reckon we should be giving Bartra more opportunity over Masch, simple as that
