Re: Conte officially new coach While lighting fire under some asses is all well and good, he'll lose the room very quickly if he goes too far. To be an allenatore today, you have to be a combination of a hard-ass and an ass-kisser to the players. It's a very fine line to walk, and if you don't walk it right you'll lose the players' respect.

Re: Conte officially new coach Nedved says he was offered the coaching position but turned it down in order to get someone with more experience but that he doesnt rule out being the coach for Juve in the future when he has gained more experience. WTF is management thinking offering Nedved the job? I love Pavel, but he hasnt got the experience.
