atalanta is getting Troisi for 2 mil and Juve paid 5.5 mil for this kid. So its a 3.5mil payout to Atalanta with Troisi going to Atalanta. So there are your Marotta nomics
5.5 mil on a co loan is still rather expensive. At least the 2mil sale makes it a little better. Considering Juve bought Troisi for 200 000
"definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player James Troisi for a consideration of € 4 million to be paid in 3 years" To me that says they paid €4 million for him, payable over 3 years. Atalanta paid Juve €2 million for half of him.
I listed how much we paid out, not including how much we "got back: for co-ownership. The money we "got back" was listed as money in. I'm using their accounting methods. Asamoah and Isla were €36.5 million combined.
More like an absolute moron. We value Gabbiadini at 11M? Here's one from Falc's book: Who is Gabbiadini? He's scored 1 goal in 25 games for Atalanta. And he's a striker. Why the fuck do we overpay for such players? The amount we "bought" Gabbiadini and Boakye is 20M. Scrounge up another 10M and buy a class player. Again, quantity over quality. Beyond frustrating.
And, whats wrong with that?? Troisi's performance in that league were good. Kayserispor ameteurly losted the talent by own their hand. Troisi will shine in the Serie A. Technique, speed, pressing, shoting, helping the defens etc. good ratio in his career of that league he had played for. Kayserispor main plan probably use him one more year and than sell him to the top four club of same league.ie;Galatasaray,Fenerbahce,Besiktas,Trabzonspor. But they failed it seems.
We've had some good purchases this summer (Asamoah, Isla, Giovinco), but besides that, it's mainly been terrible, terrible business.
I don't see how anyone can say we had a "good" summer when we seemingly have failed in our principal objective to bring in a top striker.
Ok, lets buy 11 strikers then and we will defnitely win. Transfer market isn't closed yet so its premature anyways. And we have had a good summer, depth and improvements to many positions
No, just one...really good one. We haven't done that and it doesn't look like it's happening. That was the biggest issue last season, and in the early part of this season, it doesn't look as if it has changed. I agree about having reinforced the squad, but it appears we haven't met our principal objective.
