Seems like a long time ago the US were in the top 10. Canada are looking good to push on from here with last night's win, and the results from several years ago that will no longer be considered when the next rankings are published were poor.

I look only at the rankings of teams within Concacaf (i.e. from 1 to 35); most Concacaf teams don't play teams outside of the confederation.
