3 Mexican teams and a Puerto Rican team. If only UNAM had gotten thru it would have been the Rafael Hernandez tournament. I also saw 2 games live and they were two totally different experiences.
The Islanders/Santos game I saw was probably the worst experience live I had in a game. The rain totally screwed up the game and made it almost unwatchable. Santos played awful and embarrassing and we were next to the Islanders fan all going nuts. It was terrible. The UNAM/San Francisco FC game was the total opposite. I've never felt so little stress in a game. All UNAM fans ,like always, just waiting to kick this team's ass. Totally enjoyable.
It is. It's not like they're getting dominated or anything. This game pretty much sums up all C.Azul's games as of lately. Lots of possession yet failure to make that reflect on the scoreboard.
It would be nice if Ca players would stfu and stop complaining to the ref and actually scored some damn goals
Meh, I wouldn't sweat it. Cruz Azul will win the series in Mexico City. There were about 4 or 5 starters out too including Yosgart Gutierrez.
I'll give the goalie maybe 1 or 2 saves but the other were kicked directly at him. He just added flare to it to make it look great. I've seen better performances from a keeper. Vela was garbage the whole game, IMO should have been subbed at the half. Pardini is crap as well. Edit: The ref sucked, he's always sucked. I've seen him officiate quite a few times before I'm surprised this time he didn't catch a cramp.
