Do Colombians not count as foreign players anymore in the MLS? Now that there are enough for 4-5 starting line ups?

haha well Restrepo was born in San Diego, but grew up in Colombia. Arteaga and Angulo grew up in the states and at least have green cards, meaning that they don't count as foreign players. The rest...well, yeah they do still count.

He's not bad. Crzd likes to exaggerate sometimes. He's a decent CB who used to play for Junior Barranquilla and won 2 titles with them as a starter CB. and as you said, he was solid in the last match. Sometimes he has weak games like any other player but he is surely not a bad player.

    sometimes?

all the time, specially for a guy that does not even watch colombian footy....until they hit junior or the national team (then he makes an opinion about the player)

john valencia, also was part of 2 runs to championships with ONce caldas
then nacional de medellin, put eyes on him, and could not hold on to him, and let him go to Junior (the PAISA, must be a free agt in order to move so easy and transfer free)

Efer, I'm afraid that you are confusing. We're talking about former Junior and DIM's CB Jhon Alexander Valencia who is currently plays for Chivas USA. He played 4 years in Junior. You on the other hand, speak about John Jairo Valencia the defensive midfielder, who took 3 titles (with America, Once and Nacional) and now plays for Peruvian club, Juan Aurich.

Efer, this is John Jairo Valencia, the free kick expert, he's not the brother of Juan David Valencia

and this is John Alexander Valencia, ex Junior and now the CB of Chivas USA. He is the brother of David Valencia of Nacional.

Hope that it's more clear now...

Re: Colombianos DEL NEW ENGLAND REVS (r)

Efer, we already have a thread regarding the Colombians in the MLS league. This is nothing different, that's why I'll merge the threads.

NO TENEMOS libertad de crear nuestros propios temas de interes?

ALL THE PLAYERS WILL BE IN ONE SINGLE THREAD, VERY HARD TO FOLLOW AN INDIVIDUAL AND KEEP TRACK OF TERAM CHANGES AND MORE, in the future.

pls ALLOW us some freedom, when it comes to open our Interest and discussions

Efer, I just wrote you a PM. anyone can post whatever he wants, but my jobs also is to keep this forum organized. If we have a thread about the Colombians in the MLS and we have a personal thread for Losano & Cardenas in separate (news & comments), we surely don't need another thread just for them. you have 3 threads to post this article, it's quite enough.
