Cleat To Big ?!

    I'm a freshman, and start for my varsity high school team. We've gotta game tomorrow and Wednesday verse (Jordan) highly ranked high school soccer team if youve heard of them. Well my old cleats ripped bt i bought an extra pair half a size larger incase they broke. well im a 11 and these are 11 1/2 alittle to big. bt ankle rubs against the ankle part thats all what should i do?

    The 1st thing you should do is get some new boots. Playing with shoes too big for you is one of the most dangerous things you can do. Not too mention it will affect your touch and shooting.

    If you want to avoid ankle injuries I would suggest you get a pair of Soccer shoes that fit. If you just bought them you can probably bring them back to the store you bought them from and have them replaced.

    In the meantime, you can wear two pairs of socks. That is usually enough to fill out your boot.
