    Well when he did touch the ball he slowed down their attack, so yes... awful

    I was reading on Twitter he had an aceptable match holding the ball up well as a sole striker and that he was applauded on change (?)

    I heard on soccernet press pass that he was awfull, they singled him out in particular saying he contributed nothing

    Pizarro es mas un jugador insignia que otra cosa en el Bayern... Ya no aporta goles ni ataque como antes... La concentracion mediatica hacia Pizarro parece ser cuantos records mas va a romper en el futbol aleman

    Hoy Pizarro ni siquiera jugo, chupo banca todo el partido frente al Schalke 04 de Farfan que jugo todo el partido...

    Espero que haya sido una buena decision regresar al Bayern... Se hubiera quedado tranquilo en el Bremen... Su epoca realmente ya paso en el Bayern, cumple 34 años la proxima semana..

    Alguien se imagina a Pizarro de vuelta en Alianza Lima con 35 años??? Hmmm, no creo... Pizza se retira despues que acaba su contrato el 2013 con el Bayern.

    Carajo, que lindo momento para el Peru. Le hacen un homenaje a Pizarro en la cancha del Bremen y todititos los Alemanes gritan 'Pizarro' ' Pizarro'!!! Digno reconocimiento.

    Buen partido hasta ahora, ambos equipos juegan bien. El Bayern es un EQUIPASO. Ribery un crack.

    Pizarro metio 18 goles y 10 asistencias en la temporada pasada. Estuvo involucrado en 28 de los 29 goles del WB. A su edad eso dice bastante de su nivel.

    Cambiaron a los 60 y tantos a Pizarro. Comenzo bien en el primer tiempo pero despues su nivel decayo sin llegar a ser pobre. Es claro que los anos han pasado para el buen Pizarro. Igual es un idolo.

    yeah of course I think so

    he has been brought to Bayern to give the Mario's a breather, he hasnt been bought to be a starter, unlike what he was at Werder, so right there he has had a change in importance within the team

    he is also older and therefore likely to reduce his performances, its normal that as you get older your no longer in peak form

    so I dont expect him to score like he did at Werder or even play at that level

    We've been expecting him to decrease his level of play for years now and it never happened...

    Until now. Yeah, it's Bayern and he's not a starter but damn, he hasn't scored once in league play and gets subbed right away.

    The end is definitely near.
