It would be hilarious if Wenger was fired in the last year of his contract. I'm not sure if even failing to finish in the Top 4 would accomplish that, the Arsenal board seem to love him for all the money he has saved them.

I agree. Sad that he will never play his natural position for the NT, so long as Oezil is around.

I think if he plays in a 4-3-3 system on the national team he can thrive aswell.

    Khedira kroos piggy
    Muller Ozil reus

You want to put Ozil, the horrible excuse of a finisher as the striker? ...

Actually never mind, do that. It will be comical watching Germany crash out with everyone's favorite false 9 formation. :D

It was a very stupid suggestion, no doubt. Works with Messi because he's so special that he can play false 9, but also score 50 goals in a league season.

With kroos Gundogan and Khedira making the 3 behind..

We also had Huth as striker for Mourinho or Van Buyten for Bayern, doesn't mean it should be something you'd start with.

P.S. One day people will understand that Messi is since quite some time a proper striker including being marked out of the game against AC Mailand and Real like it's so often done against top strikers...

Lets get back to the EXECUTION we are about to witness at the Fussball Arena Allianz!

Robben starts along side Mandi and Martinez starts aside Gustavo in the defensive midfield role. Alaba gets the left side fullback start. Schweini gets a rest and why not? I foresee great PAIN for the GOOONER faithful as Die Rekordmeister obliterate English soccer from the Viertefinal with at a 3-0 result!;)
