Boateng is not noticably worse player in his position than Kroos. He is one of the best CB's in the bundesliga, and I'll fite you and hit you in ur gabber m8 if you say otherwise

 

I actually think Boateng and Kroos are pretty close in terms of importance for Bayern München.

Both are very good players who possess even more potential than they currently display, players with whom we have long-term plans, but they are not irreplaceable.

I would hate to see Kroos go! He might be replaceable but he still remains one of the best at his position I don't think he is worth £10mio a year but 7 or 8 is fair. Expecting Kroos to perform excellently in a role he has never played in in a high pressure match like that would be unfair! Thiago cannot play that role either

And please let's stop with the Thiago and Kroos comparisms. While Thiago might have the higher ceiling Kroos is by miles the better player
