It's gotta be someone like Tena, Cecilio; people from within the club. We've lost that mystique, that essence of what it means to wear that yellow jersey. The only way we can get that back; is by having a guy in charge that knows what its like to wear that yellow jersey, that knows the greatness, consequences and responsibilities that come with such a mystical shirt. We need a coach that knows the youngsters coming up through the academy, we are in desperate need of younger, more quality players. We need a seriouse coach, that is gonna do things the right way, basicas to first team to what the fans want....and my vote is for Capitan Furia, Alfredo Tena.
