There is an amnesty tomorrow apparently. So if he played today and got a yellow he should be good for the next match right EDIT: Half time. It's been boring. Young apparently remembered he's a footballer. Hopefully Chicharo comes on and scores one. Nasri sent off in the City match. They're winning 2-1 but if they tie or lose that's Chicharito closer to another PL medal.
No RVP or Chicharito, no one has actually scored. United winning by an own goal. RVP might come on. EDIT: RVP on still no goal. Looks as though West Brom might tie though. United playing like shit and defending horribly. Welbeck and Young have been irrelevant this half. Kagawa was subbed for RVP and they totally lost the midfield.
damn rvp is class, welbeck didn't really do much today. expecting rvp and hernandez to start next match.
"Phil could be ready and Rafa will be ready," said the boss. "We rested Robin [van Persie], Chicharito, Ryan [Giggs] and Paul [Scholes] against West Brom so we've got enough freshness to bring in. http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-F...l-could-return-at-wigan-on-new-years-day.aspx
Cheech always scores on Wigan, so I expect him to start and score a hat trick next game. RVP is one bad mofo. He has always been one of my favorite strikers, but he never quite got the respect he deserved do to being on a team that wins nothing. He also did tend to get injured alot more often at Arsenal, so I guess he is partly to blame, but I am glad to see him showcasing his talent at bigger club now.
Vela seemed more fragile at Arsenal as well. For what its worth, RVP hired his own personal trainer to help him stay healthy and has credited him with being less injury prone. Barcelona also did the same thing for messi getting him on specific nutritional program as well.
RVP has been my favorite striker the last couple of years he's as good as anyone in the world not named Messi or CR7 I've actually been surprised that hes managed to stay healthy this long to be honest
