    LoL....I just did a quick check in on that thread and behind the curtain. *Facepalm*.

    My brother is coming over on the 17th and we are going plant us some tomatoes!:)

    I'm going to have to entrust the care of my tomatoes in late May to my oldest daughter who will be back from Peru and we'll be in Spain. Please light a candle for my tomatoes during that time:D.

    Damn. That sounds alright. I'm at a hotel now and their bar is minimal (Hilton Garden Inn) so I may be out of luck wrt Scotch. Beer and wine they have for sure....

    Do they even have a bar? If they serve beer and wine, chances are they should have a some of the hard stuff. Not a lot, but rest assured that what they do have will probably be the good stuff.

    I'm actually going to settle for a dirty martini right now. :cool:

    It's the Hilton - they have to have at least one semi decent brand like Sam Adams.

    It's crap, right? ;)


    Anyway, extremely surprised with the results on American Idol.

    I actually like Sam Adams. It is one of the better beers you can find in most establishments.

    So, I skipped the bar at this hotel and went straight to Mezcal Taqueria in Natomas (Sacramento). They have excellent sopes de chorizo. I had a Negra Modelo with my sopes. It was Delicious.:)

    I fell asleep early this evening, a rarity as I am an insomniac, and now I'm up very very early at 3:30 watching episode after episode of The Sopranos....It's always hard to turn off.

    My brother-in-laws house got robbed yesterday (he lives about 6 houses down the street from me). Makes me so angry for him. It happened right before he got home from work at 4pm....he actually saw the 3 teens walking down the hill with what looked like his girfriends suitcase as he arrived home. He had his 3 year old son with him though, so not much he could've done even if it did register with him immediately. As my wife and I walked the dog in the evening, we were hyper-vigilant, like we were going to see those ********ers walking around with the suitcase and all! So freakin frustrating. Time to activate the alarm system on our house again.
