I'm digging the away jersey more than the home.

nice looking kits you guys got there... the V neck looks dope ... to bad they made the away jersey with a collar. IMO it would of looked way better with a V neck.

I guess he's saying that he passed the physical and that he has the proof. So I'm guessing he's claiming that Cruz Azul's proof is bogus.

weird weird stuff. You would think that the doctors would check you out and then they would produce a paper that states that either you passed or you didn't. I don't see how both sides could possibly have divergent 'proof'.

Another link with Cruz Azul's response-

Here's a weird quote from that article from Quintano

I have no idea what he means by "no solamente desde el punto de vista medico". I thought that was the sole determining factor.

Maybe the coaching staff didn't see him fit when he was on the field.

I wonder who they're going to bring in now..

That's a possibility but based on the articles it sounds like both sides have 'proof'. Coaching staff opinions would hardly be proof although you would think that this would be enough to void a contract. After all, it should be up to the team staff to determine if the player is fit.

    1-1

Tigres v.

We should have won but Torrado made an error in the back field which led to the tying goal. :(

Our midfield didn't look good in my opinion. It felt as if they were waiting for someone to do something but no one ever did. The good chances we had were by quick passes, which led to the Goal by Aquino and some other good chances. But those chances were small in number, about 3 really good chances that we were really close in scoring.

Next week we are at home against Atlas and I just hope our midfield can get it together.

    Vamos Azul!!!!!!!

Meza looked too cautious in the second half. He took Aquino who was the only one trying to make things happen up front and had Villaluz come in. Torrado with horrible passing all game long smh.

In the Telemundo broadcast they said C.A has like two weeks to get a replacement for Wason Renteria. So i'll be expecting news during the week.

Yea I remember now about the commentators talking about the Renteria situation. They hinted that Mesa really wanted Renteria but that they have other options and wouldn't reveal any names until the deal was set in stone.

In reality we need another back up for Tito or even another forward out there for more scoring chances. I was never in agreement with a lone forward up top. Hope it's someone who can contribute as well as score.

We can be pretty pathetic without Chaco (or sometimes with Chaco when he has a bad game). And Droguett still doesn't look right to me. Something's off.

All in all, we were lucky to get out of there with a point. Atlas next.

Droguett was one of those signings influenced by the agents connections, so I've heard. I remember him in an interview that he was surprised by the signing, since he did not have a good season at the time it happened.

On the Renteria case, it wouldn't surprise me it the Cruz Azul people screwed up somehow.

^^^ I didn't know that that is how Drougett ended up signing with us.

The first games he played for us he did really good and was happy with the signing, but since he's injury he hasn't been up to par. And this past game against the Tigres he just wasn't present.

Chaco was missed in the midfield. Does anyone know why he wasn't in the game?

    Technically he started it. :)

Anyway, a 6 game suspension for Chaco seemed excessive to me. Corona got his 6 game suspension mostly based on his head-butt.

Meza and Ipata will return after serving 3 game suspensions.

We need to weather these first 6 games somehow. As long as we don't fall too far behind, we should be OK.
