Mty 2-1 Cruz Azul 1. Could've been a goleada against us. 2. Can't generate as many chances without Chaco. 3. Important away goal for us.
Watching Cruz Azul vs Toluca We are once again with more players on the field. We're finally generating some chances now. Let's hope we score soon or this is going to be shiii
1-0 Win What was this, like our 3rd game this season were we've had a considerable amount of time with more players on the field? We finally make it count.
Tell me about it....it's like they get lazy expecting they will win because they have more players on the field but they still need to work hard. I love what Aquino generates when he comes in and about time Droguett came back but looks not 100 % yet....next game against Santos - Saturday 6:00 pm pst time!!!! Vamos Maquina!!!!
Not only that, there's a 3 game suspension for both Talavera and Cervantes. After watching the replay I actually thought the mandatory 1 game suspension would be lifted for both guys and then I read this, and so I still don't know what the heck the ref saw or thought he saw. http://www.terra.com.mx/futbol_mexi...os+a+Alfredo+Talavera+y+Horacio+Cervantes.htm
Perdonan castigo a Talavera y Cervantes http://www.mediotiempo.com/futbol/m...-castigo-a-talavera-y-cervantes-a-palencia-no
From the MedioTiempo article - So let me get this straight, when the original 3 game suspensions were handed down, they DIDN'T go see the video ??? It was only when Toluca and Cruz Azul complained that the disciplinary committee said "ok, let's go see the video then". Man, that is sad. I imagined all these controversial decisions would be analyzed in depth by a group of folks via video and see how the images compare with the ref's report. Guess they just sit around and hand down decisions without any evidence save the ref's report and don't do any other work unless teams complain. Sad.
Yeah that's how it should work but like any Mexican institution they just sit on their a$$ until someone of importance calls them out. All these overturned calls are exposing the refs, Aver si asi se le bajan los humos al chikimarco. But I doubt it
Shameful display last night. 1. Chaco didn't generate shit. 2. Villa touching the ball way outside the box and looking horrible. 3. Dumbass Cervantez committing a penalty when there were 3 other guys ready to block Darwin. Me caga este pendejo!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe Cruz Azul can get the 3 game suspension re-instated. As for the game, it's totally baffling to me how pathetic the team can play at times. It's like everybody tries to do too much and they end up playing stiff. They are just as likely to have a great winning streak as they are to having ridiculously bad games like Saturday's. Let's hope they get these out of their system before the liguilla. And we actually had a chance to make up some ground on Pumas. We'll see what team turns up against Monterrey this week.
sheesh, is that the best they could come up with ? Something like Burning Cross Azul sounds better.....
