One thing that really surprised me was that we only let in 14 goals in the regular season. Second best apparently. I only missed watching about 3 games but I do remember us letting in a bunch of soft goals. So the defense for me never really looked all that solid. I'm still hoping for a strong central defender but with numbers like that I can see that we'll probably want to re-enforce the midfield and the front.
I'm very surprised about that. I think luck has more to do with it than anything. To me this defense really looked amateurish most of the time, just look at that goal Sabah scored on us last week as example.
