I agree. And well played Darren O'Dea. He may have his limitations as a player but he knows what it means to play for this club and he showed it tonight.

Now when it's meaningless, we're getting the Old Firm win ...

After all, the players showed some pride tonight.

I thought Rangers played far better in the second half. Celtic were all over us at times but Miller was extremely unlucky with the shot that hit the post. I'll need to see it again but I'm sure we had a penalty claim when the ball hit a Celtic players' arm in the box.

Overall though, i thought you deserved to win, and Lennon seems to have the club fired up, although whether he can maintain that sort of motivation throughout next season remains to be seen.

Can't disagree with that as I said the same thing to my friends before, during and after the match. It seems lately, that at Parkhead inparticular, we will control the first half and then fall away after the interval. The influence that Walter Smith has over his team at this crucial time cannot be understated.

Pains me to say it but he is a quality manager.

    Can't argue with this either.

Enjoyed yesterdays old firm win on my computer here in the states. We are hearing rumors over here of a Celtic-Rangers match in Boston sometime in July, as well as a friendly with my local MLS side the Philadelphia Union. Can anyone confirm this?

Who do you think I am, Oscar Wilde :D

Both clubs agreed to it in principle but I think there's still a lot to be ironed out. Rangers and Celtic's friendlies against DC United and Seattle Sounders respectively are confirmed, however.

    Well played Neil Lennon.

8 wins in the league out of 8.

And always nice to see us beat Hertz. Especially in their own dive of a stadium.

Great goal by Zheng Zhi and a reasonable end of season match, marred only by the horrific assault on Hinkel by Kingston that went totally unpunished.

Just got the email that Celtic will be playing Union in Philadelphia July 14th. Hope Lennon is still in charge,
