I'm not sure if it was actually a live stream or if they just recorded it and put it online. Here's the youtube page with their past draws, theoretically it could show up there later today.

And in the meantime you can watch the incredibly exciting preliminary round draw, that's always good entertainment.

What's quite sad is that I'm watching it right now.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mexico City rivals Pumas and Cruz Azul will meet in the quarterfinals of the CONCACAF Champions League, selected Wednesday to face each other in the tournament’s knockout-round draw.

Atlante of Mexico will play the Houston Dynamo, Mexico’s Santos will go against the Montreal Impact, and Marathon of Honduras will take on the Puerto Rico Islanders in the other quarterfinals.

    Also

So if we get past Atlante we have the home-field advantage in the semis and than again in the final.

A quick glance at the cursory package sites...I'm seeing 4 day package prices to Cancun for anywhere from 650 to 850 per person, 4 to a room That's coming in on a Monday and leaving on a Friday for those that want to make a week out of it. That is not when the majority of Texas schools have their spring break but I imagine that there are a lot of schools up north who have their spring break during that first week of March so be prepared for that if you go. That's why I did M to F also as usually the weekend will be a lot more expensive for airfare if not for hotel.

Oh and that 850 price is including air, hotel, taxes, transfers, food and drinks at the hotel (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

    Airfare? 150 dollars
    Food and Drink? 200 dollars
    Hotel? 500 dollars
Watching the Dynamo be the first team from MLS to win in Mexico in a competition? Priceless.

I think spring break up north is later than it is in the south (late March - early April.)

Damn, those are the dates I'll be in DC on business (I'd rather be in Cancun.)

Not a big deal but I found a website that lists all the college spring breaks.

    Spring Break Calendar
    Code:
    Feb. 16-20: 10 colleges with 269,459 students
    Feb. 23-27: 5 colleges with 107,265 students
    Mar. 2-6: 44 colleges with 412,581 students
    Mar. 9-13: 125 colleges with 1,834,258 students
    Mar. 16-20: 136 colleges with 2,130,258 students
    Mar. 23-27: 47 colleges with 691,038 students
    Mar. 30-Apr. 3: 14 colleges with 231,863 students
    Apr. 6-10: 15 colleges with 222,917 students
The first week of March is a big one but still before the real Spring Break peak weeks in the middle of March.

Not a big surprise but the home leg will be part of the Dynamo season ticket package.

Man, after looking at the prices and comparing that to the last time I looked, it is definitely much more expensive this time around. I think it was in April for the Champions Cup, but Atlante lost to Saprissa.

Spring break is going to cost me money. But the plus side will be the sights in Cancun.

The cheapest Continental airfare I see is $412 when you go Monday-Friday. Is there a cheaper flight? I sorta would like to stay on Continental, since I have ff miles.
