There was only 1 match in my opinion.
I 'm sure they don't play on a higher level next year. 2 other clubs from the league made it :-(

    DAMN !

YEARS AGO I went to the book store to place an order for the book. I was warned by the person working there that if they were going to bring the book in, that I would promise to buy it because they (the book store) would be stuck with it.

A week later I get a phone call telling me that the book is in. I don't know what it was, but I had a change of heart and never did go in a pick it up.

I'm thinking now that I should have !

ps - seeing as how years have passes, I'm sure they've sold it by now.

    Latest news I found out:

Roberti Alberti is the 'allenatore' of San Marino Calcio and for this season (2006-2007) he bought Luca d'Angelo for his squad!!!
Tonino martino is back to Castel di Sangro as a coach of the 2nd team!!! I belief he's still available as player too fot the new club in castel di Sangro!
And Gigi Prete is the new coach for tis season of Fermana Calcio!

While I was in Italy, I almost was able to take a picture of the field where Castel di Sangro play. It did not happen though, cause my camera was not able to capture a good image going 85mph on the autostrada. Plus the town is in the mountains and it was foggy when I attempted to take it.

    Hi Castel,

I check a lot the websites of the soccerclubs where the players of '96 play now!
Especially now San Marino Calcio (Alberti & d'Angelo), Spezia (Fusco), Catania (Spinesi), Rimini (Cristiano), Pontedera (Cei), Ivrea Calcio (Jaconi), Lumezzane (Bonomi), Chievo (Franceschini).
And since a couple of days I know an Italian sportjournalist who works with Napoli and is still correspondant for Castel di Sangro ande he told me that another big name is coming (maybe) to Castel! I 'm very curious who it will be....
Every time I know something more i'll let you know!

p.s.: Marcella's daughter ( from the pizzeria back in '96) is married with Domenico Cristiano...
