Better or worse than Arlo White's "CURLS IT" that sounds like he's vomiting?

Though I will say, I have this game on in the background and Gus has startled me 3 or 4 times already. That's bad announcing.

Why do I have the feeling Pepe is faking all these injures to stop the play. Come on, man.

i get the feeling that arlo white was only hired because he has an english accent. his commentary is completely over the top and he feels the need to be speaking at all times. one of a few things that really bother me about nbc's coverage.

His problem is that he's originally a radio announcer. Still hasn't gotten the hang of television, where less is more.

I thought so at first....but it was clean. In the replay you can see he got a toe to the ball cleanly. Howard Webb more lucky than good on that one, he was in a bad position to see it.

It looked to me like he went through Muller first though - I still think it was a clear penalty (and a possible red for Alonso for DOCGSO).

Lol at thinking that was a penalty.

Müller just fell, Xabi barely touched him.

i feel like real should and could have scored more. odd to say that about a team who were totally dominated in possession.

disappointing game i thought. hopefully the second leg is a bit more interesting.

Being totally dominated in possession doesn't sa much if you can't do anything with it.

Bayern looked clueless when they got the ball, had little creativity. Basically everything went via Robben and in the first half Alaba. Ribery was dreadful.

I don't think 1-0 goal does much for Real only because Bayern could easily win 2-0 in Munich. Still, better to have the 2nd leg away vs. at home. At least, thats how I've always viewed it.

Why is it that professional commentators cannot pronounce Toni Kroos' name properly?
