Also featuring for either reserve or U-19 teams are: Kenny Cooper (F, Manchester United), Zak Whitbread (D, Liverpool), Frank Simek (D, Arsenal), Danny Karbassiyoon (D, Arsenal), and Jemal Johnson (F, Blackburn). Of these players, Whitbread and Simek have a chance of getting first-team minutes this season.

Will Johnson is at Blackburn, played for a youth team in Chicago, but I don't believe he's a US Citizen yet and played for a Canadian youth team recently. Tom Parratt at Brimingham City has a similar situation. Lived in the US (Iowa I think) for a substantial period of time, but is not yet a citizen.
