can you really be that fat? Went to the doctor today and he said I was almost obese because I am 6'3 and 215. It's like how skinny do you want to be !! This dude got to be like 400 lbs at least.
I'm basically engaged F working out !! My doctor is insane. He told my roommate the same thing for weighing 175 and being 5'9. Some crazy indian dude who wants everyone to weigh 150 because some lame ass chart says that what you should weigh
You can still look thin and carry a gut. At your height 190 lbs would likely be ideal. All else is just fat waiting to sit on your belly. You're still young so no biggie but when you opt for things like a good size life insurance policy for your family, your weight will take you to a higher premium bracket.

BMI? Thats a load of crap, it doesnt take into account muscle or bone structure at all. I used to have a doctor that said I was over weight at 5'10 190 even though my body fat was well below the average.

I just think that with how rough things were before the game, they weren't going to risk Zuniga who just got back.
