Calf Cramping

    I have had The Stick for a couple of years and love it. I also have the cramping issue and use this before and after workouts to stimulate and strip the muscles. I swear by it and recommend it highly.

    On the advice of this thread, I bought this lactate supplement:

    And used it for the first time for a MAPS game this evening. I took 4 caps, as the dosage is 1 cap per 50 pounds of bodyweight, one hour before kickoff. I didn't take anything past-match.

    I felt great going into the match, and consequently ran hard for the entire match. My muscles are not sore, though I could feel them trembling slightly when walking down stairs. No burning or fatigue in my legs for the entire match, and here at work I'm walking just as fast as I would if I didn't have a match earlier in the evening. I also have no knee pain, but I could also thank the Glucosamine/Chondritin supplement I take twice daily for that.

    Call me a believer.
