They interviewed the guy, and even though there's video evidence, he's denying everything and saying his bodyguard, El Contador, shot Cabañas. I hate to say this.... But I have a feeling that Cabanas may have instigated the whole ordeal....still does not excuse what they did to him... but many of these players tend to be temperamental in public and expect certain treatments

Even if he is telling the truth about about Cabanias starting the fight, why couldn't he just beat him up, Cabanias is a small guy and was drunk and if JJ is telling the truth, I think a broken nose to Cabanias would have been enough.
It would be one thing if they kicked the shit out of him, but it became an entirely different thing when they shot him the goddamn head. The dude packing and shooting fools in the head would fit my definition of 'tempermental and expecting certain treatments'.

There may be 2 sides to any story but I doubt to believe much from the guy who is a narco and who tried to imply that Cabañas is faking not knowing what happen or that Cabañas could have been the one with the gun. Just saying.
Wasnt Cabanas patted down when he went in? JJ and his bodyguard werent. His story is kinda fishy. The whole trying to calm Cabanas down part doesnt seem very likely.
Some guy started some shit with me while we were in a public bathroom. He ended up getting shot in the head while I was in the bathroom, I rushed from the scene and wasn't found for about a year. He started it though. That's like saying you hit a b*tch because she was mouthing off to you. Throw this POS in jail.
Well I don't know if Cabanas started it or not but witnesses did hear JJ question Cabanas about his form and that's when it happened plus don't forget the bodyguard waiting by the door and the driver waiting by the car, it sounds like to me this was a set up already. And even if Cabanas did start trouble give him a busted lip or something but don't shoot the guy, it's just a shit excuse.
